Grace Bryden
Grace Ann Merrihew Bryden, 99, of Harriet passed away July 7, 2015. She was born February 6, 1916 to Fred and Olga Schmogal Merrihew in Oakdale, California. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and a grammar school teacher for 35 years at the Oakdale Grammar School in Oakdale, CA. Grace is survived by her son-in-law David Davis,. She is also survived by grandchildren Crissy Davis of Harriet, AR, Rebecca Younger of Melbourne, AR and Katie Jones of Manila, AR, 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and other family and friends. Grace was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her daughter Mary Bryden Davis and Sister Helen Barrett, brothers Ray Merrihew and Carl Merrihew A memorial service will be held at a later date.
