Gloria Beverly Schruder

Gloria Beverly Schruder December 2, 1930 – May 14, 2018 Passed away peacefully at Pembroke Regional Hospital on Monday, May 14, 2018 at the age of 87, with family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Ellard Schruder. Loving mother of Terry, Murray, Bruce (Sandi), Ward and Jackie (Jonathan). Devoted grandmother of Kyle (Katelyn), Chris, Travis (Karleigh), Tyler (Kassy), Trent, Bailey, Emma, Hannah, Sydney and Liam. Proud great-grandmother of Elizabeth and Lennon. Reunited with her parents John and Emma Wolfe and siblings Hilgard, Gladys, Margaret, Daniel and Cyril. Sadly missed by brothers in-law Kenneth and Emmery (Sharon), sisters in-law Orpha Resmer, Erna and Luella Schruder and many nieces and nephews. Gloria may have been small in stature, but she was strong and did not shy away from hard work. She loved talking to people and was happiest when surrounded by family – especially her grandchildren. She was generous, kind hearted and always had a smile for whomever she met. Gloria truly was one of a kind. The world is a better place because of her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be held at Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville on Friday, May 18, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. & again on Saturday after 9:30am. A funeral service will be held at Salem Evangelical Missionary Church, Augsburg on Saturday, May 19th at 11am. Interment Salem Evangelical Missionary Church Cemetery.
