Esther Cziraky

Memorial services for Esther (Dobra) Cziraky, 92, of Wickliffe, will be at 1 PM on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Bible Community Church, 8600 Lakeshore Boulevard, Mentor. Pastor Denny Hoynes will officiate at the service.

Mrs. Cziraky passed away Monday, October 31, 2016 at Symphony at Mentor.

Born September 12, 1924 in Ashtabula, she was a longtime resident of Wickliffe.

She was a former member of Erieside Church on the Boulevard in Willowick and became of a member of the Emmaus Bible Fellowship in Mentor, which has now merged with Bible Community Church in Mentor.

Esther was a faithful woman who loved serving the Lord. She enjoyed playing the piano, and spending time with her family and friends. Esther was a kind and caring woman who always put the needs of others before her own. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Survivors are her children, Sue (Jim) Burdette, Diane Cerri, David (Angela) Cziraky and Judy (Mike) Palgut; grandchildren, Gabrielle Cziraky, Nicholas Cerri, Brooke (Benjamin) Burnett, Michael Palgut and Carly Palgut; great-grandson, Josiah Burnett and brothers, George (Shirley) Dobra and Edward Dobra.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene W. Cziraky and her son, Eugene R. Cziraky; her brothers, Gabriel, John, Bill, Mike and Frank and sisters, Betty and Julia.

There will be no calling hours. Private family interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Thompson Township.
