Jermaine "Spank" Williams

Jermaine Williams better known as “Spank” to his family and friends entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 11, 2018. Spank was born on Thursday, August 25, 1977 to Mary Ann Williams and James A. Williams, Sr. He resided in Warren County, GA and later moved to McDuffie County at an early age. Spank was a person that never met a stranger. He was a loving person who was determined and mentally strong. He was driven by faith that he could do almost anything and everything. Spank would often recite (II Timothy 4:7), saying “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I kept the faith.” He was preceded in death by his father, James A. Williams, Sr.; his grandparents, Jimmy (Elizabeth) Williams and Hogan (Evelyn) Roberts. Those left to cherish his memory are: his loving mother, Mary Ann Williams of Dearing, GA; two brothers, Jerome (Paula) Roberts of Eatonton, GA and James Jr. (Jennifer) Williams of Raeford, NC; seven nephews, Jerome A. Jr. (Krystal) Roberts of Milledgeville, GA, Jamal Williams of Raeford, NC, Je’Mazin Roberts of Milledgeville, GA, James Williams II of Raeford, NC, Jacob Williams of Raeford, NC, Jason Williams of Raeford, NC and Samuel Roberts of Eatonton, GA; a devoted girlfriend, Sharounda Lenora Taylor of Thomson, GA; one great niece; one great nephew; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
