Linda “Kaye” Maples-Gatlin age 67 of Cleveland passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She loved singing in church and enjoyed her flowers. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents Claude and Martha Maples, brothers David and Don Maples all of Cleveland. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband Dale Gatlin and daughters Rhonda (Larry) Rymer and Sonya Maddux; Grandsons Larry (Junior) Rymer, Tyler (Candace), Nathan, Kevin and Joseph Maddux all of Cleveland and three great-granddaughters; brother Paul “Buddy” Maples of Cleveland and sister Claudia (Donald) Wilson and special niece Angela Wilson-Crielaard of Old Fort; several nieces, nephews and other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 5-7pm at Fellowship Baptist Church. The service will be held at 7pm immediately following the visitation. Interment will be held Friday, November 16, 2018 at 11am at Chestuee Methodist Church Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Johnny Townsend and Rev. Ronnie Ledford.
