Gopal Bhai Parbhubhai Patel Pigeon Forge, Tennessee Obituary

Gopal Bhai Parbhubhai Patel

Gopalbhai was the happy husband of Pali Ben Patel and born in Gujarat Gham Varad . His mother Mani Ben and father Parbhu Bhai had seven children, however Gopalbhai lost 5 siblings to smallpox in India. His only remaining sister Shanta Ben still resides in Navsari and would agree that Gopalbhai’s strongest characteristics are being a survivor, protector and an exceptional dreamer. Against many odds Gopalbhai survived and lived a long and adventurous life. He married Pali Ben Patel in 1952 in Mori, India and while traveling across India, Africa and England they had 4 children Kirit, Bhupendra, Daksha, and Raju. One of the many joys of his life was spending time with his ten grandchildren and one great grandson whom all loved his vibrant spirit, joking personality, and willingness to share invaluable wisdom and life experiences. Funeral service will be held 10 AM – 12 PM Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Atchley’s Smoky Mountain Chapel, 220 Emert Street, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863.
