His grandson Hank, so eloquently expressed in a post the feelings of his children and grandchildren, “Today one of the most significant men and mentors in my life passed away. He fought long and hard through heart attacks, fractures, and pain. He never once quit loving his family or God. I am lucky to carry on his name and try to live up to the person he was and continues to be in heaven! #loveyougrandad”.
