Margaret Louise Poindexter Groves, age 91, of Princeton, KY, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Caldwell Medical Center. She was a retired sales clerk for JC Penney and a member of Northside Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Rita Stewart & husband, Jerry, of Princeton; step-daughter, Lana Travis and husband, Roy Gene of Lyon County; step-son, Clay Groves, Jr. and wife, Judy of Caldwell County; two grandchildren, Shellie Cotton & husband, Billy, of Princeton, Aaron Baker & wife, Jess, of Princeton; three step-grandchildren, Jenny Groves of Princeton, Jessica Dalbey and husband, Caleb of Princeton and Heather Byassee andh husband, Mark of Princeton; five great grandchildren, Hannah Michelle Cotton, Carmie Baker, Kinley Baker, Cammie Cotton and Zoee Cotton; three step-great-grandchildren, Isaac Dalbey, Layne Kate Dalbey and Mason Byassee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clay Groves, Sr.; first husband, Carmon Earl Poindexter; her parents, Robert Omer & Eliza Beulah Boaz Young. Visitation for Mrs. Groves will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Morgan's Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday at Blue Spring Church Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Sivells officiating.
