Roger L. Polly, Age 75, of Waukesha, passed away on January 14, 2017. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 9 1941, the son of the late Franklin and Thelma (nee Kampin) Polly. Roger was a founding member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Waukesha. He is survived by Sandra Bishop and by their children Jennifer (Chad) Harvey, Deborah Polly and Daniel (Erica) Polly. Roger also is survived by brother Robert (Vicki) Polly and by grandchildren Sam, Emily, Ben, Gabe, Kaylie and Dakota. Roger is further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation for Roger will be held on Thursday, January 19, from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Rd., Waukesha (4 blocks south of I-94 on the corner of J and JJ), with Funeral Services to be held at 11:00 AM. Burial at Prairie Home Cemetery in Waukesha will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Roger's name to the J.D.R.F. (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) would be appreciated.
