CYNTHIA LEE NORVELL May 26, 1953 ~ December 10, 2015 Cynthia Lee Norvell, 62, of Vancouver, WA passed away on Dec. 10, 2015. She was born in Portland, OR on May 26, 1953 to Waldo and Phyllis (Gamble) Ball. Cynthia graduated from Fort Vancouver High School in 1972. She retired as a medication and nurse's aid. Cynthia enjoyed traveling, knitting occasionally, and caring for her pets. She was a kind-hearted and generous person who loved her family and friends immensely. Cynthia is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (Bobby) Brown; brother, Glenn Ball; and sisters, Marcelle Haynes and Phyllis Ball. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Norvell; and her parents. A memorial service will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens on Sat., Dec. 19, 2015 at 12:30p.m. Donations may be sent to Humane Society for SW WA.
