<p>Gloria Ann Hall, 85, of Forest Hill, MD, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Inners Creek Nursing Center, Dallastown, PA. Gloria was born in Baltimore, MD, to her late parents, Thomas and Mary (McGeeney) Troutner. She was the beloved wife of the late David Carroll Hall. </p><p><br></p><p>Gloria was a graduate of Seton High School. She lived in Baltimore until 1969 when she and her husband moved to Harford County to raise their family. Gloria was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who poured her heart and soul into each of her loved ones. Gloria was proud of her home and excelled at taking care of it. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed sharing meals especially crabs with loved ones. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, watching TV (food network and fox news) and traveling; taking many wonderful bus trips and cruises throughout the years. Ocean City was a favorite vacation spot.</p><p><br></p><p>Gloria is survived by her children; D. Michael Hall and his wife Teresa, of Airville, PA, Jeffery Scott Hall, Susan Michelle Berger and her husband John, of Woodbine, MD and Deena Carol Clark and her husband Eric, of Whiteford, MD. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Jessica Fantasie and her husband Stephen, Lydia Hall, Lahna Hall, Ava Hall, Zachary Berger, Jacob Berger and his wife Charlotte, Molly Clark and her fiancé Sam, Madison Schubert and her husband Zach and Mackenzie Clark. In addition, she is survived by her three great grandchildren; Jett, Kai and Stevie Fantasie. Her sister, Ronnie Behan, of Parkville, MD, also survives. </p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her late husband and parents, Gloria was predeceased by her two brothers, Lee and John Troutner. </p><p><br></p><p>A visitation with the family will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024 from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at Harkins Funeral Home, Inc., 600 Main Street, Delta, PA. A memorial service honoring Gloria’s life will begin at 2:00 pm in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Daniel R. Moore, of Guinston Presbyterian Church officiating. </p><p><br></p><p>Arrangements have been entrusted to Harkins Funeral Home, Inc., of Delta, PA. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
