Joanne Horne Watson, 89, formerly of Huntsville, passed away in Orlando, Florida on March 23, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Allen Watson and son, Steven Wayne Watson. Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Jane Watson; grandchildren, Jeffrey Watson, Andria Loczi (Matt), Alyssa Olsson (Matt), Paul Trivisonno, Devon Martin (Greg); and great-grandchildren, Harper Loczi, Raegan Loczi and Levi Olsson.

She was a member of Whitesburg Baptist Church for over 50 years and enjoyed sewing, cooking and decorating.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home with Reverend Guy Morton officiating. Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Whitesburg Baptist Church.
