Sherman Bray Deering, age 41, of Scituate, RI, passed away suddenly on March 26, 2024. Born on December 19, 1982, in Beverly, MA, he was the beloved son of Rhonda (Porter) MacKenzie and is survived by his loving brothers, William Deering, Jesse and Michael H. MacKenzie; his caring stepfather, Michael C. MacKenzie and his fiancé, William Christensen; a dear niece, Faith; and his four nephews, Jaxon, JJ, Lucas, and Bowie.

A proud graduate of Coventry (RI) High School, Sherman was a happy-go-lucky guy. He

always had a smile on his face and absolutely loved to goof around. He was a huge

wrestling fan going to as many such matches as he possibly could. His second great

passion was for music, and he loved attending concerts.

A celebration of his life is being planned for later in May 2024. Arrangements are in the

care of the Berarducci Home & Cremation Center in Providence.
