<p>Clarence Edward Proctor also known as Clint, age 70, of Ronceverte, West Virginia, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, West Virginia.<br> <br> Clint was born on February 17, 1954 in Charleston , West Virginia, a son of Clifford and Mae Proctor. He loved reading books, poetry, and singing. He was a US Army Veteran serving with the Airborne out of Fort Bragg NC, and a teacher for many years. His greatest joy was his love for his nine grandchildren.<br> <br> He is survived by five children, Dylan Proctor of Sneads Ferry, NC, Sara Rousey of Denver Colorado Ben Ferguson of Beckley, WV, Jenny Tuell of Montcalm, WV and Jesse Proctor of Vero Beach, FL; 9 grandchildren; and his Ex-Wife, Joyce Ferguson Proctor. He is preceded in death by one son Jamie Ferguson.<br> <br> A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 6:00 pm in the Grace Point Fellowship Church in Harper, WV.
