<p>Raif Gjona passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 27, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Raif Gjona was born on April 15, 1942 to Myske dhe Zeliko in Prenish, Albaina. </p><p>Raif dedicated himself to family and the community, always offering a helping hand and a warm smile to those in need. He touched the lives of many with his support, kindness, wisdow and unwavering love. </p><p>Raif was known for a big heart integrity and resilience in the face of adversity. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Raif leaves behind a legacy of compassion and kindness that will continue to inspire future generations. His spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known him. </p><p>He will be deeply missed by his loving family, his wife Vera, his daughters Matilda and Sonila, his son Endrit, his sons-in-law Dritan and Sean, his daughter-in-law Adela his grandchildren Ejona, Marvin, Logan, Amelia, Sophie, Eniella, Brandon and Enison, great granddaughter Chiara, sisters Lekja and Cenike and brothers Azmen, Meleq dhe Faik. May he rest in peace, knowing that he was deeply loved and will be forever remembered. </p><p>There will a gathering of family and friends on Friday March 29th from 6:00 to 8:00PM at LOMBARDI FUNERAL HOME (aka Ippolito~Dancy Memorial ) 9 Smull Avenue, Caldwell, NJ. The funeral procession will be on Saturday March 30th starting at 9:30AM at Lombardi Funeral Home and proceeding to Prospect Hill Cemetery, Caldwell. </p><p> </p>Obituary
