Beloved father of Melinda/Mindy (David) Hope, Felicia Neals, and stepfather to Suzy (Nate). Loving poppa to Shanley ( Matt) LeBoeuf, Chase Hope, Makayla Robinson, and Cassidy Neals. Great Grandfather to Vivian, Sawyer and Nolan. Brother to Ruth (Lee) Batchelor and Paul (Susan) Neals. Predeceased by parents Cecil and Marjorie (Galbraith) Neals.
