Diane Faselle Chesloff, 74, of Manchester, Connecticut, passed away at her home on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Anna Faselle. She worked in the insurance industry for many years prior to her retirement.

Diane stayed close to her family and friends and continued to make new friends throughout her life. She lived for the past five years in an apartment in an independent living complex and despite the fact that she was totally blind she knew almost everyone by

name, including residents and staff.

She organized and kept several clubs going, the book club, and yes, knitting club, which she recently learned how to do herself. She enjoyed holidays with her family, and we all shared happy memories of our young lives especially at White Sands Beach and the last few years at Hawks Nest Beach. Diane was very generous to her family and friends, and to everyone that she knew. There is one less light here on earth, but one more bright star in the sky. Shine bright Diane 🌟

Diane leaves behind her siblings, Janet Sweden of Berlin, CT, Peter and Linda Faselle of Florida and Joyce and Ronald Kubas of Ellington, CT; as well as 11 nieces and nephews, and 16 great nieces and nephews, whom she always made laugh, and many dear friends who spent time with her both on the phone and out to lunch, which she so enjoyed. Diane was predeceased by her brother Anthony Faselle and nephew Michael Faselle. The family thanks you for your prayers and support.

Services for Diane will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
