<p>John F. Stover, 58 of Rand died March 26, 2024 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston. </p><p><br></p><p>He was a good son and brother and loved to hunt and fish. </p><p><br></p><p>He was preceded in death by his companion: Barbara Sparkman, mother: Linda Mae Stover, brother: Robert Stover and nephews: Brandon Lee Brown and Brennon Kirk. </p><p><br></p><p>Surviving are his father and stepmother: Johnnie Ray and Drema Stover of Whitesville, brother: Jackie Ray Stover of Whitesville, half sister: Samantha (Steven) Stanley and their son Josh Brown all of Eskdale and niece: Jenny Mae (Joshua) Kirk and their family of Alum Creek. </p><p><br></p><p>Per his wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
