Leemond Steele passed away peacefully March 25 at the age of ninety four years old.

He moved to Toledo, OH from Dekalb, Mississippi, with his family when he was 9 years old. He attended public school and Woodward High School.

Leemond Steele worked for Rossford Ordinance for several years and for Chrysler in Trenton, Michigan until his retirement.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Floyd and Lillie Steele, sisters; Daisey Lewis and Dorothy McClorrine, grandchildren; (grandson) Sean C. Rowland and (granddaughter) Tamika C. Rowland.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 27 years Brenda Steele, sons, Leemond D. Steele, Gary M Steele; daughter, Cheryl (James) Bankston,; grandson, Eddie Rowland III; special son Nathaniel Bryson, special daughters, Selina, Theresa Early, 3 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
