MOON, Ruby Lillian – It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ruby Moon on Sunday, March 24th, 2024, in her 92nd year. Beloved daughter of the late Clarence and Ellen McPherson. Predeceased by loving husband Wilbert Moon. Cherished mother to their four children; Mike Moon, Terry Moon, Tim Moon (Stephanie) and Susan Whittaker (Robert). Beloved Grandma to Jacquie, Tim and Chris. "Monster Grandma" to her adored Great Grandson; Kyle. Survived by her sisters; Blanche and Laurna. Predeceased by siblings; Emily, Robert, Clarence as well as daughter-in-law Patricia, Bonnie and Sandra. Known as Aunt Ruby to more people then we can count.

Ruby appeared to be a woman who was unstoppable, one who never wanted to slow down. If there was something to do, she was going to do it. Her fondest memories included her annual trip to Atlantic City, her Friday nights at the horse races, regular trips to the bingo hall and so many nights reading tea leaves and having some laughs. She volunteered as a driver for Community Care for many many years after retiring from Hawkins Cheezies and Mead Johnsons.

Ruby's memory will forever reside in the hearts of those who cherished and loved her.
