<p>Terry Orlando Barber was born May 8, 1943, in Chicago, to Earl and Rita Barber at Saint Elizabeth Hospital. He passed away March 23, 2024, at Lewiston Transitional Care of Cascadia.</p><p><br></p><p>Terry married Janice Bokowski while serving on the Chicago police force. He then went to work for Potlatch as a systems analyst for 20 years, before transferring to the Potlatch mill at Lewiston where Terry and Janice made their new home. After his retirement, the couple enjoyed golfing daily until Jan’s passing.</p><p><br></p><p>In 2013, Terry was introduced to Shirley Bafus by a mutual friend and golfer and they were together until his passing enjoying family, friends and travel with her son and daughter-in-law.</p><p><br></p><p>Terry is survived by his fiance and life partner, Shirley, at their home, and her children Rochelle Bafus and Terry Warwick of Carnation, Wash., Gayne and Candy Bafus, Camas, Wash., Rhonda and Scott Simmons, Madra, Ore.; brother and sister-in-law Bob and Delores Barber, Chicago; and many close friends and golfers in the Clarkston area.</p><p><br></p><p>Bural will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 4, at Vineland Cemetery, 1141 Vineland Drive, Clarkston.</p>Obituary
