Peter Max Schwab,48, of Cincinnati, OH, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loving family on March 26, 2024. Pete was the beloved son of Robert and Phyllis Schwab; loving husband and father to Tara (Stilson) Schwab; Max and Margaux; brother to Rebecca (Joe) Holler with niece and nephews Reagan, Wesley, and Maddox.

Pete was born in Amherst, NY and graduated with a degree in Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo. Pete then received his MBA from Xavier University.

Pete held various positions in the 20 years he was employed by Mattr. His latest position being his dream job as Regional Sales Manager, Automotive. He developed many lifelong friendships with his co-workers over the years.

Pete was a courageous, brave warrior as he fought cancer for 2 years. He will be remembered for his spirit to live life to the fullest and his unwavering commitment to his family. Pete was happiest in his home surrounded by family and friends. He enjoyed puttering in the barn, working on his car or truck, watching the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres, hanging out on the patio, and making his famous Buffalo chicken wings for all to enjoy. Other hobbies he enjoyed were playing board games, building computers with Max, and sharing his love of movies with Margaux. He was a jack of all trades, say it like it is kind of guy, never met a stranger while being incredibly thoughtful and smart. He will be deeply missed but his memory will be kept alive through his many friends and family.
