Shirley Lucille McDonald
<p>Shirley Lucille McDonald was born March 17, 1944 and passed away peacefully March 21, 2024. She was the child of Russel and Lettie Gray; born in Batesville, Mississippi. Some of her favorite things to do was sewing and reading, but there was nothing she loved more than spending time with her family and friends. </p><p>She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Lucian McDonald; children Lucian McDonald Jr., Perri Byrd, Gray McDonald, and Sam McDonald; and brother Robert Gray. She is preceded in death by her parents Russel and Lettie Gray; and siblings Russel Gray Jr. and Mickey Copland. </p><p>The family will be receiving friends Saturday, March 30th, from 11-1 with services beginning at 1 pm all at Hernando Funeral Home.
