<p>Betty Sue Kell Madison, 81, of Franklin, NC, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 23, 2024. </p><p><br></p><p>Betty was born in Macon County to the late Milford and Annie Ledbetter Kell. Betty retired from TekTone Manufacturing Company in Franklin. She enjoyed canning, antiquing, and reading. She had a big heart and was a very giving person. </p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by sisters, Belva Greenwood and Ruby Southard (Tim) both of Franklin.
