<p>BULMER, Jane - Peacefully at Marianhill, surrounded by family on Thursday, March 21st, 2024 at the age of 73 years.</p><p><br></p><p>Jane Bulmer (nee Gleason) of Pembroke, beloved daughter of the late Claude and Mary Gleason (nee O'Brien). Loving mother of Jonathan Bulmer (Amber) and Amy Bulmer (Kyle Laporte). Caring grandmother of Tommy, Gracey, Ricky, Joseph, and Charlotte. Cherished foster mother of Mathew Lau. Dear sister of Nancy Berrigan (John), Ann Price (Eric), Margaret Krueger (Denis), Danny Gleason (Debbie), Donna Lecuyer (Dave), Michael Gleason (Marlyn), and Sandra Turner (Jim). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Jane touched the lives of many through her devoted life of teaching. As a mother, foster mother, grandmother, and sister, family meant everything to her. She will be remembered for her incredible generosity, sharp sense of humour, and compassion for others.</p><p><br></p><p>Respecting Jane's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Luke’s Anglican Church, Pembroke on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. The family will receive friends at the church after 10:45 a.m. Interment of Ashes in St. Joseph's Parish Cemetery, St. Joseph, Quebec. Arrangements entrusted to Neville Funeral Home, Pembroke. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Ontario SPCA - Renfrew County Animal Centre or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
