<p>Delvey Michael Lindeman, age 69 of Filer City, passed away on Saturday March 23, 2024, in Saginaw, Michigan.</p><p><br></p><p>Born February 6, 1955, in Manistee, Michigan, Delvey was the son of the late Delvey and Sandra (Bramble) Lindeman. He graduated from Manistee High School, Class of 1973. Delvey went on to receive his associate degree in Food and Hospitality from Northwood University in Midland. </p><p><br></p><p>Delvey was a representative for Lakeshore Beverage and Caswell-Latocha, Inc. for many years. He had also worked for the Manistee Insurance Agency for a short time. </p><p><br></p><p>He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Manistee, Sons of American Legion, and the NRA. He was also a member of the Manistee Elks #250 for 47 years and a life member of the VFW Walsh Post 4499 where he served for 10 years as the auxiliary president. Delvey was a charter member of the World’s Worst Fishermen’s Club. </p><p><br></p><p>Delvey enjoyed spending his time outdoors hunting and fishing. </p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his lifetime companion, Linda Shook of Filer City, his sisters Debby Dillingham of Hermitage, TN, Michelle (John) Blackman of Onekama, MI, and Roxanne (Rich) Fletcher of Three Rivers, MI; his brother Brian Lindeman of Hart, MI; his aunt and uncle Lawrence and Rosie Lindeman of Stronach, MI; and numerous nieces and nephews. </p><p><br></p><p>A Celebration of Life for Delvey will be held on Friday March 29, 2024, from 1:00PM until 4:00PM at the VFW Walsh Post 4499.</p><p><br></p><p>Please visit Delvey’s personal page of memories at www.oakgrovefh.com to share a photo or story.
