William E. Lowe, 74, of Middletown, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at his home. He was the husband of Linda L. (Cunningham) Lowe for over 50 years.

Bill was born August 28, 1949 in Harrisburg, PA, the son of the late George J. and June A. (Kichman) Lowe.

Bill was a 1967 graduate of Lower Dauphin High School. After graduation he joined the US Navy. He served in the Navy for 4 years as an electrician on the US John F Kennedy aircraft carrier. After his time in the Navy, Bill became an apprentice electrician for I.B.E.W. Local 143 of Harrisburg, PA. He retired after 33 years as a Journeyman electrician for the union.

Bill is survived by his wife; his daughter, Angela L. Lowe; his stepson, John H. Rehrer and wife, Mika; his brother, Harry Lowe; his sister, Georgia Shuller, his grandchildren, Justin, Alyssa and Kaito Rehrer and several nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by his son, William Edward Lowe.

Graveside Services with military honors will be held at 11:30 AM, Friday, April 5, 2024 in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 60 Indiantown Gap Road, Annville, PA.
