<p>Jaylan N V Perry passed away on March 20, 2024, by a senseless tragedy. She had a honor walk procession with her Mother, sisters, family and friends at St Vincent hospital to the surgery suite where she gave the gift of life to 7 child recipients. She is and will always be a hero to her family, friends, loved ones and recipients.</p><p><br></p><p>Jaylah was born on February 10, 2009 to Amanda Schaffner and John Perry. She is survived by Her siblings Hunter Schaffner, Samaira Bowman, Nyiarie Perry, Malayah Perry and Armani Middlebrooks. Her Maternal grandparents Anita and David Luiz. Her Paternal grandfather John Perry. Many loved ones include Bernard Middlebrooks, Bernard D Middlebrooks, Dawn Marie Middlebrooks, and Devin Fisher. Best friends include Lanyia, Danielle, and Lorenzo. And a host of Aunts cousins and friends. </p><p><br></p><p>She was preceded in death by Paternal grandmother Michelle Perry, great grandparents and one of her best friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral Services will be held at House of Day Funeral Home 2550 Nebraska Ave Toledo OH 43607 on Friday March29th 12pm Viewing at 11am.
