<p>Cindy S. Raymond, 53, of Morrisville passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on March 17, 2024. Cindy was born in St. Albans, VT on March 24, 1970, to Pat Hamel and her stepfather Ed Hamel.&nbsp;</p><p>One of Cindy’s favorite times was Halloween, she would dress up as a witch and stand in front of the Morrisville Library handing out candy to the kids. Cindy also enjoyed going shopping every Friday with her mother.</p><p>Cindy was predeceased by her father, Harold Campbell. She is survived by her partner of 18 and a half years, Myles Kouffman, her son Calvin Raymond of Morrisville who shared a home with his mother and works at NVU in Johnson. Cindy is also survived by her sister Amy Cross and partner Darren of Lowell. She leaves three sons from a previous marriage; Justin Foster of TN, Bryan Foster of St. Johnsbury, VT, and Travis Foster of OR.</p>
