Catherine Mary Stubenvoll

August 1, 1947-March 23, 2024

Born in the Bronx New York to Michael and Catherine Saccente. Cathy was raised in the Throgs Neck Area and attended Mother Butler High school. During this time, she met her neighborhood sweetheart, Ally Stubenvoll, and they would go on to celebrate 54 years of marriage together.

As a young family, they moved to Harrison with Cathy working for the Recreation Department and later becoming the international coffee purchasing agent at Kraft Foods. Her "15 minutes of fame" came when she became an infomercial model for a prominent actress's skincare line.

Known for her artistic talents and vibrant disposition, Cathy possessed an incredible magnetism that positively affected everyone around her. she was a wonderful mother, fiercely loyal friend and was involved in various social causes and groups, the last of which was the Harrison Seniors Organization.

Always a fighter, Cathy was a 4-time cancer survivor, who passed away peacefully in the company of family and friends.

Loving wife of Ally (predeceased), mother of Michael and John, mother-in-law of Denise, grandmother of JP, sister of Mary Ann, Michael, and Frankie.

Services will be held at the Harrison Funeral Home on Tuesday March 26 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. followed by mass at St. Gregory the Great Church on Wednesday March 27, at 11:00 a.am., with internment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla, N.Y..
