<p>Ringling - Funeral Services for Mrs. Ruby Joyce Ragan, 91 of Ringling are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Ringling with Rev. Jerry Gunsolus officiating. Interment will follow to Ringling Memorial Cemetery. </p><p><br></p><p>Ruby was born August 28, 1932 in Cranfills Gap, Texas to the late Mr. Harvey Giles Shields and Mrs. Alberta Alice (Sikes) Shields. She departed from this life on Friday, March 22, 2024 in Ringling, OK. </p><p><br></p><p>Ruby grew up in Hico, TX until she married J.B. Ragan on September 1, 1951 in Hamilton, TX. Together they raised seven children, Theda, Dona Sue, Charlotte, Ronald, Giles, Wanda, and Gary. Joyce moved with her family to Ringling in 1964 and lived there over 60 years. </p><p><br></p><p>Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, J.B. and her daughters, Dana Sue and Wanda.</p><p><br></p><p>Ruby is survived by her five children, Ronald Ragan of Ardmore, Giles "Buzz" Ragan of Arlington, TX, Gary Ragan and wife Lisa of Irving, TX, Theda Love and husband Odell of Arlington, TX, and Charlotte Schoonover of Biggs; 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, and by a host of other family and friends. </p><p><br></p><p> </p>Obituary
