Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Maria, a beloved wife, mother, Nonna, Bisnonna, and sister. Maria was adored by her husband Gaspare, who cherished their deep connection and love for each other. Their bond was a true reflection of soul mates who shared a lifetime of memories together.

Maria will be deeply missed by her children Josie and Giacinto, who were blessed to have such a loving and caring mother. She was a devoted Nonna to Rachel (Renè), Brandon, and Adam, and a cherished Bisnonna to Nathan and Mia. Maria's love and warmth extended to her entire family, including her brothers and sisters Francesco (Late Ana), Carmela (Charlie), Calogero (Ninetta), and Nunzia. Known for her culinary skills, Maria found joy in cooking for her family and creating delicious meals that brought everyone together.

She also had a passion for sewing, using her creativity to craft beautiful pieces that reflected her love and care. As Maria embarks on her journey to meet God in Heaven, her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. In honor of her life, the family kindly requests that donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada in lieu of flowers. Maria's legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to have known her.

May she rest in peace, surrounded by the eternal love of her family and the warmth of cherished memories.
