Michael John Erman, age 76, passed away peacefully on March 21st, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Survived by his devoted wife of 52 years, June Erman; Daughter Lynette Brummett (Dennis); Granddaughters Juliana and Gabrielle; Great Grandson Christopher; Predeceased by his son Jeffrey; Also survived by his brothers Reginald and Tom (Betty Ann); Sisters Mary, Dorothy, Jeannie (Joe) and Patricia (Larry)

Michael served his country with honor during the Vietnam War, stationed in Korea where he operated heavy machinery. His time in the armed forces ignited a passion for construction and building. He embarked on a career in auto mechanics before joining the Local 172 Laborers Union, where he served as a Shop Steward. Michael contributed to the construction of countless roads and bridges that we travel daily. Beyond his professional pursuits, Michael was a sports enthusiast. He would love calling into the radio sports station and give his opinions. He cheered passionately for the Philadelphia Phillies and the NY Jets. He had a passion for racing and followed Nascar and Horse Races closely. In retirement Michael's greatest joy came from taking care of his yard and spending time with his family, particularly summers by the pool.

Michael will be fondly remembered as a dedicated husband, loving father, and cherished pop-pop. His legacy of hard work, devotion, and love will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him. A visitation will be held at Adams-Perfect Funeral Homes, Inc. 1650 New Road, Northfield on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 10-11am with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
