Nancie C. Carlstrom, 81, died March 21st, 2024 at St. Clair Hospital following complications from motor vehicle accident(s) the weeks prior. She was born January 15th 1943 in Santa Monica, CA, daughter to Jack and Kathleen Dean.


Nancie graduated Mira Costa High School, class of 1960, and attended San Jose State thereafter. Nancie married the love of her life, Donald Carlstrom, in 1973 and spent the next 30 years together loving, laughing, and living life to its fullest. While Nancie spent most of her professional life as an office manager, she is most proud of her later work at St. Catherine Labouré Parish serving as the Ladies Guild President, alongside many dear friends.


Nancie leaves this life with a loving family behind, including her son Ryan, his wife Melissa, and grandchildren, Emma, Aidan, and Gianna; stepson Jeffrey and his wife Carrie Carlstrom, stepson Steven Carlstrom and his wife Margarita; brother Norman Dean and his wife Cindy; many incredible nieces and nephews; along with other beloved family members and close friends.


A viewing will be held Tuesday, March 26 from 3 to 7pm at Beinhauer Family Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Rd, McMurray 15317. A celebration of life and remembrance will follow on Wednesday, March 27 starting with a 10:30am mass at St. Catherine Labouré / St. Louise de Marillac Catholic Church, 320 McMurray Rd, Upper St Clair, 15241, and lunch reception following at South Hills Country Club, 4305 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh 15236.
