<p>Foulds, Robert Hartley</p><p>Bob Foulds of Waterloo, Ontario passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at the Village at University Gates long-term care home. He was 79 years old. He is survived by his wife Phyllis (McChesney), son David (Rebecca Gosevitz), daughters Jennifer (Ron Skinner) and Martha (Ryan Carey), and his grandchildren Elin, Bronwen and Carys Foulds, Hannah Gosevitz-Foulds, and Ben and Sam Carey. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Jerry Hamor and several nieces and nephews. Bob was predeceased by his parents W.D. (Bill) and Marg Foulds, sisters Evelyn Sharp and Helen Hamor, brother-in-law Stuart Sharp, niece Cathy Hoogstraten, and nephew Jaymie Sharp. Bob spent 34 years working in Municipal Government in the Counties of Brant, Kent (now Chatham-Kent), and Frontenac (Kingston area). During that time, he was actively involved in the Ontario Municipal Administrators’ Association and the Ontario Municipal Association. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends are welcome at a Memorial Service at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home (184 Grand River St. N. Paris) on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Michiko Bown-Kai officiating. A reception will follow at the funeral home. Memorial donations to the Central Ontario Developmental Riding Program (Pride Stables), the Glen Morris Cemetery Board or the charity of your choice would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
