Marilyn Clara Kaminski Obituary

Marilyn Clara Kaminski, a beacon of love and kindness, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2024, at the age of 66 in Wayne, Michigan. Born on September 4, 1957, in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Goldie Rocheleau. Marilyn's life was a testament to the power of love, as she devoted herself to her family, her faith, and the simple joys that life offered.

Marilyn found her soulmate in Richard Kaminski, and their hearts beat as one for 43 beautiful years until his passing. Together, they built a legacy of love and family, a legacy carried on through their children, Merissa (Todd) Dudley and Christopher (Samantha) Kaminski. Marilyn's grandchildren, Katrina Wieczorek (Matthew Valentino) and Bryce Kaminski, were the apples of her eye, and she lived for every moment she could spend with them, showering them with the same love and care she had bestowed upon their parents. She is also survived by her brother, Gary Rocheleau.

Marilyn was also a beloved member of the Kaminski family, including her late mother-in-law Evelyn, late father-in-law Edward, late sister-in-law Mary Navock, and brother-in-law Roger (Paula) Kaminski. Her goddaughter, Amanda Streussnig, along with many other nieces and nephews, will fondly remember Marilyn's thoughtful presence in their lives.

Marilyn's interests were a reflection of her loving spirit. She found joy in cleaning and crafting, creating a warm and welcoming home that was the envy of many. Music was a passion, and she never missed an opportunity to attend a concert, her enthusiasm for live performances infectious. A devout member of St. Richard Catholic Church in Westland, Marilyn's faith was a cornerstone of her life, providing her with strength and comfort through the years.

Animals held a special place in Marilyn's heart, and she was known for her kindness towards all creatures, great and small. Her nurturing nature was evident in every aspect of her life, and those who knew her were better for it. Her beloved dog, Peppa, meant the world to her. Peppa quickly became part of the family, and they will embrace her with open arms into their care.

Marilyn was the epitome of what it means to be loving, kind, and thoughtful. Her actions spoke louder than words, and her impact on the world was as gentle as it was profound. She had an uncanny ability to make everyone feel special, to make the ordinary seem extraordinary, and to turn a simple moment into a cherished memory.

As we bid farewell to Marilyn Clara Kaminski, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a heart that loved without limits. Her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the lives of those she touched, and her memory will be forever etched in the hearts of her beloved family and friends. Marilyn's journey on earth may have ended, but her legacy of love will endure for generations to come.
