Peter James Hamilton Lindsay, 53, of Mississauga, passed away on Tuesday March 19th after a 

three-and-a-half-year battle with cancer.

Peter was born on August 6th, 1970 to James and Lilian Lindsay in Oldham, Lancashire England.

Peter had a love for the History of the Titanic, as well as a love for The Lancaster bomber war plane. 

Peter was also a very skilled artist, and an avid fan of the Montreal Canadian hockey team.

Peter was predeceased by James and Lilian Quinlan, Jane Lindsay, Lee Lindsay, Catherine, Sidney Quinlan, Lilly and Ronnie Sharrocks, Gerald Carson and Joesph Paul O’Kane.

He is survived by his parents James and Lilian Lindsay, his sisters Sinead Hutchinson, Helen Owen, Christine and Jane Maddison. His nieces and nephews Jordell, Jahrann, Jahkubb, Jahydah Farquharson, Julijah Dutch, Bradley and Dale Owen. His Aunt Anne Newman, Francis Carson and Annie Shepherd. His aunts and uncles Mary and Joe O’Kane, Cathleen and Eddie Lawson.

The viewing and funeral will be held at the McKersie & Early Funeral Home at 114 Main St East, Milton, ON

on Monday, March 25, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and the funeral service will follow at 4:00 pm. 

 In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to Food Banks Mississauga.
