Jared Ivan Alley Obituary

Jared Ivan Alley, 39, beloved son, grandson, father, cousin

and friend, joined his beautiful wife Holly Jo in Heaven on

March 11, 2024, just seven short months after her passing on

August 08. He was born on February 15, 1985, the son of

Ivan Alley and Loretta Robinson. He was a hard worker,

working for years at Libby Lobster, and later as a stern man.

He loved to dig clams, and always made sure his mom had

enough to serve at her take out. In his younger years, he

helped his Grampie Curtis on the bait truck unloading bait, a

job he absolutely loved to do. He loved the Yankees and

couldn’t wait to tease all the Red Sox fans around town, a

trait he learned well from his dad. He was always there to

lend a helping hand to anyone in need, and made sure

everyone else was okay, even when he wasn’t. Jared was a

family man; his family was everything to him. His greatest

accomplishments in his short life were his beautiful wife

Holly, and their son, Jaren. Jared lived for his family, and he

loved them all with all his heart and soul.

Jared and Holly were together for 15 years. They had their

son, Jaren Morrill, on August 10, 2012, who was their pride

and joy. Five years later, they were married in a private

ceremony on September 20, 2017. They were the most loving,

dedicated parents. Whatever Jaren wanted, they went above

and beyond to see that he got it, no matter how hard they

were having it. They made sure to show him the gift of true

love and happiness, even after losing everything they had in

a house fire. Through all of their struggles, they remained

positive, and always managed to have a smile on their faces,

a lesson we all could learn from.

Jared is survived by his only son, Jaren; his loving mother,

Loretta; mother and father-in-law, Floyd and Julia Crowley;

brother-in-law, Kacy, and his partner Mariah, and their

daughter, Rosie; maternal grandparents, Curtis and Betsy

Robinson, who Jared loved dearly; his aunts, Nene, Darlene

and Rebecca; uncles Curtis, Jr. (Bub), and Gary Alley;

cousins, Marie Belle (Boop), and husband Shawn; Jeremy,

and wife Maria; Falin, and her partner Robert; Derrick, Ingrid,

Andy, Michael, Jr., Amanda (Pooh), and her partner Jeremy;

Tiffany; a special friend Amy Guptill, and many other

extended family, too many to name.

He was predeceased by his wife, Holly; father, Ivan; paternal

grandfather, Morrill Alley, and paternal grandmother Rosalie

Smith; maternal great-grandparents, Bill and Arlene

Robinson; uncle Bobby; cousins Bridget (Bardo), Michael

(Tyke), Cory (Corky) and James (James ball).

A celebration of life will be held 1pm April 6, 2024 at the United

Pentecostal Church in Jonesport, with Bro. Rodney Dame

and Bro. Matthew Beal officiating.

Donations in his memory may be mailed to his son, Jaren

Alley PO Box 454, Jonesport, ME 04649, c/o Loretta
