Nolan D. Walls, age 70, of East Stroudsburg, PA passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at home. 

He was born February 12, 1954 in Somerville, NJ. He spent his childhood in Lebanon, NJ and later moved to Alpha, NJ.  He resided in East Stroudsburg, PA for the past 20 years.

He was the son of the late James H. and Mary A. Hoffman Walls.

His wife, Patricia L. Brashears Walls, passed away in 1999.

Nolan first worked for his Uncle Ralph for Walls Dry Walls Construction. Later, he worked for National Starch and Chemical Company, where he worked in the warehouse. He worked as a custodian in for North Hunterdon High School and then moved to Voorhees High School where he retired in 2019.

Nolan loved watching sports, especially Nascar. He was an avid Dale Earnhart Sr. fan. He enjoyed rooting for the Dodgers, the Cleveland Browns, and the Florida Gators. Nolan had a deep love for animals and being surrounded by nature. He was a very kind and giving man who donated to many charities.

Survivors include one son; Willie N. Walls. One brother; James Walls and his wife Annie of High Bridge, NJ. One sister; June Galando of Phillipsburg, NJ. Nine nieces and nephews; Joshua Walls, Rhiannon Piperata and her husband Tim, Matthew Walls and his wife Nicole, Ricky Galando and his wife Michelle, Mark Horton, and Theresa Hadsock. Six great nieces and nephews; Matty Walls Jr., Mason Galando, Oliver Walls, Fynlea Walls, Hunter Hadsock, and Tanner Hadsock.

Predeceased in addition to his wife includes his brother-in-law, Rick Galando.

Calling hours will take place on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 4-7pm at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main Street, Lebanon, NJ. Funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 11am at the funeral home. Interment at Mountain View Cemetery in Cokesbury, NJ.
