<p>Obituary for Ann Leedom (1944-2024) </p><p>Ann Leedom, age 79, of Norristown, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 in Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Bridgeport, Ann was the beloved daughter of the late Thomas O’Donnell and the late Elizabeth (nee McGee) O’Donnell, the devoted wife since October 29, 1966 of the late Verne Leedom, who passed in 2011, the loving mother of Terri (David) Gravinese, the late Sean (Richelle) Leedom and Elizabeth “Buffy” (Daniel) Shuster, the proud grandmother of Sean (Shyanne) Leedom, Sarah Gravinese, Shae (Gregory) Royer, Zachary Shuster, Arianna Shuster, Kyle Fantini, Reilly Leedom, Christian Leedom and Quinn Leedom and the adoring great-grandmother of Austin and Owen. In addition to her late son and her late husband, Ann was the sister of the late Thomas O’Donnell and the late Robert O’Donnell. </p><p>Mrs. Leedom, a member of St. Patrick’s Church and Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, was a graduate of Bishop Kenrick High School, Class of 1961, who continued her education at Montgomery County School of Nursing, Class of 1965, and became a Registered Nurse. She practiced nursing at Montgomery Hospital and Sacred Heart Hospital for the next 8 years, until she had a family to raise. After the children were grown, Ann worked as the school secretary at St. Francis of Assisi School in Norristown for 29 years. With the L.A.O.H., Ann was on the St. Patrick Day Parade Committee for many years. In her spare time Ann enjoyed cooking and baking for her family, but her passions were crocheting and other types of needlework.&nbsp; </p><p>Relatives and Friends are invited to St. Patrick Church, 714 DeKalb Street, Norristown, PA 19401 on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 where Ann’s family will greet guests from 9:30 a.m. until 10:20 a.m. and her Memorial Mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery. The family would appreciate Memorial Donations to Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, Notre Dame Division 2, 342 Jefferson Street, Swedesburg, PA 19405. Arrangements are by The Bernard S.
