Stacy Michele Hill- Thom
<p>It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stacy Hill-Thom, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Stacy departed this world on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family and closest friends. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.</p><p><br></p><p>Born on January 22,1973, Stacy was born and raised in Somers Point, NJ along with her two sisters. She attended Jordan Road Elementary School and graduated from Mainland Regional High School in 1992. Stacy attended college at West Virginia University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology. She continued her academic journey by receiving her master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Stacy held the position of CEO of New Freedom Behavioral Health and resides in Egg Harbor Township with her family.</p><p>Her true joy and purpose in life were found within the loving bonds of family. Stacy is survived by her devoted husband, Michael Thom. She also leaves behind a legacy through her children: Madison Paige and Nicholas Michael. She is also survived by her loving parents, Richard and Jeanne Hill (Cahill), Sisters, Kelly Hill Armstrong (Tom), and Katie Hill Biel (Justin), Along with her many beloved nieces and nephews, cousins and aunts and uncles. She will also be greatly missed by her business partner and long time family friend Jon Goodman.</p><p><br></p><p>Stacy was a true warrior and cherished friend, who touched the lives of everyone she encountered. Her genuine kindness and infectious laugh made her truly special and one of a kind . We know that she will send us beautiful sunsets as a reminder that she is watching over us all. Rest in peace, dear Stacy, knowing that your memory will live on in the hearts of those who love you. May you find eternal serenity in the embrace of the heavens above.</p><p><br></p><p>Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Monday, March 25th from 9:30am-11:00 with a Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at 11:00 AM St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 606 Shore Road, Somers Point, NJ.
