<p>Lincoln A. Gembler passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at his home in Adkins, Texas at the age of 90 years. He was born February 12, 1934, in San Antonio, Texas.</p><p><br></p><p>Lincoln is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Dorothy Makohon Gembler; children, Lincoln E. Gembler (Patricia), Barbara Padelecki (Nelson), Sherry Rapstine (Gary), Misty Moore (Tony); grandchildren, Brian Lange (Janell), Nicole Mikolajczyk (Joel), Cody Gembler (Nicole), Gregory Thrasher, Bailey Harborth, Jordan Turman, Reagan Turman; great grandchildren, Bronson Lange, Brynleigh Gembler; his little dog Clyde; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his son, Johnny A. Gembler; great-grandson, Cayson J. Gembler; parents, Edward S. Gembler and Felize Casanova Gembler; siblings, Warren Gembler, Edward “Rudy” Gembler, William “Bill” Gembler, Rosemarie Heinrich, Milton Gembler.</p><p><br></p><p>Lincoln was affectionately called Uncle Linkie. He was a great dad, provider and his sense of humor and personality would light up the room.
