<p>Jodi Aleen Waggoner, affectionately known as Fran, passed away at 5:15 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL. She was born April 26, 1963 in Mattoon, IL to Gail Dean and Charlotte (Payne) White. On April 30, 1999 she married Terry Alan Waggoner in Las Vegas, NV. </p><p>She is survived by her devoted husband of 24 years, Terry Waggoner of Charleston, IL; siblings, Gail Dean White Jr. (Teresa) of Cowden, IL, Dave White (Karen) of Neoga, IL, Keith Butler (Ashley) of Mulberry Grove, IL; brothers-in-law, Darrell Waggoner (Cora Mae Glick) of Peoria, IL and Keith Waggoner (Angie) of Mattoon, IL; sister-in-law, Dorothy Waggoner of Charleston, IL; and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents and her stepfather, Ron Butler. </p><p>Fran graduated from Arcola High School in 1981 and later attended Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL. She dedicated thirty years of service to Eastern Illinois University, working in records and financial aid, and serving as a secretary in the Art Department for the last 15 years of her employment. </p><p>Fran attended Charleston Baptist Church in Charleston, IL and was a previous member of the Panther Club at Eastern Illinois University and the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union). She also enjoyed her involvement with the Christmas Art Sale at Eastern Illinois University for several years. Fran had a passion for playing the piano, clarinet, and flute. She also found joy in cross-stitching and crocheting, creating beautiful pieces before her diagnoses with multiple sclerosis in 2003. Her love for music extended to creating personalized CDs for her loved ones, sharing her favorite tunes with them. Fran and Terry's shared love for music was evident in their enjoyment of concerts together, with Aerosmith concerts holding a special place in their hearts. </p><p>A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. with Keith Butler officiating at Adams Funeral Chapel, 2330 Shawnee Drive, Charleston, IL 61920. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society, P.O.
