<p>Mrs. Effie Loftis Moore, 77, of Climax, passed away on March 19, 2024. </p><p>Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday at George Brothers Funeral Service, with Pastor Chad Marley officiating. The burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. </p><p>Mrs. Moore was born on May 16, 1946, in Guilford County, to the late Thomas and Lillie Loftis.&nbsp; She attended Pleasant Garden Pentecostal Holiness Church and was retired from Squibb in Greensboro. Mrs. Moore loved to read Christian Romance Novels and enjoyed watching HGTV. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. </p><p>Mrs. Moore is survived by her husband of 55 years, Cecil E. Moore; her daughter and son-in-law, Sherry Brown (Matt); her two grandchildren, Brianna Brown and Shane Brown and three brothers, William “Bill” Loftis (Gladys), Tim Loftis and Dwight Loftis. </p><p>The family will have a private viewing from 10:00-10:30 am on Friday at the funeral home and will be receiving friends from 10:30-11:00 am at the funeral home prior to the service. </p>

Mrs. Effie Loftis Moore, 77, of Climax, passed away on March 19, 2024.
