Madalene Louise Culbert (née Hunks) of Kincardine, passed away peacefully at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine on Saturday, March 16th, 2024, in her 86th year.

Beloved wife of the late Roy Culbert (2001).

Loving mother of Duane of Kincardine Township, Glen of Ayr and Nancy (Kent) of London.

Cherished grandmother of Britain, Rory, Ainsley and Ewan.

Madalene was the youngest of 7 children and is the last surviving member of her family, being predeceased by her parents, 4 brothers Gordon, Bernard, Victor and Everett and 2 sisters Maria and Lucille.

Madalene was well known for her volunteering in the Kincardine area.

As per Madalene’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service, as she never liked anyone fussing over her. A private family burial service will be held.

Memorial donations to the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
