Rosalie A. (Shadrock) Kosub, age 81, of Adkins, Texas passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on March 18, 2024. She was born on April 20, 1942, in Adkins, Texas.

Rosalie was married to the love of her life for 52 years. She was proud of the family and life they built together with their children. She especially enjoyed spending time traveling and camping with her family and friends, making memories with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and taking care of her cats and other animals.

Rosalie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years Lloyd G. Kosub who passed away in 2012; daughter, Karen Kosub; parents, Frank V. and Emily (Wanat) Shadrock; brother, Frank Shadrock, Jr. She is survived by her sons, Wayne Kosub (Tammy), Thomas Kosub (Judith); grandchildren, Daniel Blankenship (Kaylan), Christine Blankenship, Emily Blankenship, Mark Russell Blankenship, Lauren Colby (Branden), Christopher Kosub, Jessica Kosub, Julie Kiser (Anthony), Brooke Winston (Justin), Paige Gardner (Tristan), and Meg Harmon (Neil); great-grandchildren, Adeline, Jamieson, Parker, Roane; siblings, William Shadrock, James Shadrock (Janice); numerous nieces, nephews, and many loving family and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Guiding Light Hospice, caretakers, and family members for all the care they provided.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2024, from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Finch Funeral Chapel, La Vernia, with a Rosary recited at 7:00 PM that same evening. Mass will be Monday, March 25, 2024, 10:00 AM at Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church St. Hedwig, Texas.

Father Bill Zadora will officiate with interment following at the Annunciation of the BVM Catholic Cemetery in St. Hedwig, Texas.
