Sullivan, Alice (nee Bozak)

Passed away suddenly at home on March 17, 2024, in her 82nd year. Predeceased by her husband Bernard in 2009. Alice is survived by her children, Sherry (Mark) and Brian; her grandchildren Nicole and Tara, and her brother Lawrence (Killaloe, ON). She will be missed by many other relatives and friends. During her lifetime, Alice was a teacher for 8 years in Renfrew and Hamilton, an employee of the Hamilton Convention Centre (1982-1994), a member of Regina Mundi Parish (1966 - 2010), Most Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church since 2010 and a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Many will remember her as a great world traveller. She loved to be on the go. Bingo, casino trips, shows, exercise classes, walking (30 years) with her neighbours, and volunteer activities at her church and Macassa Lodge-Pastoral Care. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Most Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church (305 East 37th Street, Hamilton, ON) on Friday March 22, 2024 at 11 am. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (254 Garner Rd. West, Ancaster, ON). In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Center or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
