Maryann Potenzo Andersen January 5, 1954 - March 18, 2024, age 70, a life-long resident of Chicago.

Funeral services honoring her life will take place with a visitation on Sunday, March 24 from 2:00pm - 7:00pm at St. Matthew Parish Center, 951 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL. A funeral mass for Maryann will be celebrated on Monday, March 25 at 10:30am at St. Matthew Church, 1005 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL. Interment at All Saints Cemetery, 700 North River Road, Des Plaines, IL.

She is the beloved wife of Hal; cherished daughter of the late Christine Potenzo; granddaughter of the late Angelina Antoniello and will be missed by many family and friends, especially her John Hay Grammar School Class of 1967 and her beloved companion “Lulu.”

Maryann attended John Hay Grammar School and Trinity High School in River Forest.  Maryann retired after 31 years of service as Vice President at J.P Morgan Chase Bank as Midwest Regional Manager of Documentation. Then she started a new career at First Midwest Bank in Special Assets for 17 years.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Matthew Catholic Church, 1005 E Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL 60194 and St. Peter Lutheran, 202 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194 would be appreciated.
