Ethan Sherman
<p>Ethan Sherman, 82, of Poughkeepsie, NY, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2024 at Vassar Brother’s Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. He was born on June 23, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of Frank and Jean Abel Sherman. </p><p><br></p><p>Ethan honorably served our Country in the United States Airforce. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Ryders University. On October 31, 1965 Ethan married the love of his life, Irene Linder who predeceased him in 2013.</p><p><br></p><p>Ethan ran his own business, Style Master Home Products in Poughkeepsie for many years. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias. Ethan enjoyed running and riding bicycles and would be sure to tell you about the meteor he found in his yard while mowing the lawn. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed. </p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include his son Adam and Sharon Sherman of Scarsdale, NY, his daughter Rachael and Lee Sherer of Merrick, New York, and his grandchildren Jordana and Levi Sherman and Evelyn Sherer. </p><p>A Graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 1PM at Temple Beth-EL Cemetery, 1239 Dutchess Turnpike, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. </p><p><br></p><p>Arrangements are under the direction of the Wm.
