Jerri Debrasha Holder

Mrs. Jerri Debrasha Turner Holder, 51, was born in Iredell County on January 31, 1973, to Lawrence James Johnson and Francine Turner Bellamy. She departed this life on Monday, March 18, 2024, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Jerri graduated from Statesville High School and Mitchell Community College. She was employed as a CNA at Brookdale Senior Living, Statesville, N.C. At an early age she attended St. Joseph's Missionary Baptist Church and later attended Visions Outreach Ministries. Her hobbies included baking and sewing. She was married to David Holder, who preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish the memory of her life her parents, Lawrence James Johnson, and Francine Turner Bellamy; three daughters, Brittany Holder, Yasmine Holder and Debrasha Holder; a grandson, Franklin Tomlin, Jr; grandparents, Sally Howell, Johnny and Grace Turner, all of Statesville; one brother, Lawrence (Shahiedah) Stover of Philadelphia, Pa; three sisters, Nichol (Antron) Ray and Tiffany (Leonard) Holland, both of Statesville and Shedia Moore of New Castle, Delaware; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, co-workers and friends.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024, at Rutledge and Bigham Mortuary at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
